With this weather, who doesn’t need a faux fur coat?? I mean it is perfect! This coat is from Baciano, if you have not checked them out, you should! They have some stylish on trend pieces for everyone, from dresses to jackets to sweater. This faux fur coat looks great with almost anything. I paired it here with a black Agnes & Dora dress and tan knee boots. Let’s not forget the accessories, which can make any outfit. Sunglasses, earrings (that give a pop of color), and a clutch that compliments the necklace perfectly (which was a gift from my future mother in law, all the way from Australia). How would you wear a faux fur coat?

Winter has definitely set in! Who is cold?? When temperatures are below freezing, you have to dress the part. How do you do that? An oversized cowl neck sweater is perfect, as well as warm, pairing it with leggings that have leather accents so the outfit can stand out. I accessorized with black suede booties, a leather cross body, and red lipstick to give a pop of color. How do you dress on you cold weather days? I hope warmly! Shop my warm weather outfit below.
This week officially marks the holiday season. Who is ready?? I’m not but I will be. I love this time of the year because of all the holiday parties and social events that take place. But you have to dress the part! This satin A line skirt is perfect for the season. A fancy black skit is a must in your wardrobe. I paired it with a black tank and a fitted black and white jacket, which I love. No outfit is ever complete without a statement necklace, and this red one is just what you need for the holidays. Have a holiday work party or social event soon? This look is easy to recreate. Shop it below.
Happy Saturday! I love and hate this time of year because you never know how to dress. It is cold one minute and hot the next, but I am not ready to let go of summer yet. So I am still somewhat dressing for the occasion. This look was for a casual night with the girls. Wide leg jeans are comfortable and a must to keep in your closet. I paired them with a loose fitting tank and accessorized with the cutest clutch (which you can find here). I also added a collection of my favorite necklaces (here and here), then finished the outfit with sandals and a pair of hoops.

As I soak up the last days of summer…..I always feel like I need to get in the outfits that I forgot to wear the whole season. This dress below is one of those items. Since I personally love a bright summer dress, this orange one had to make its way out of the closet. I paired this halter dress with statement earrings from 7 Charming Sisters, one of my favorite summer clutches (similar, similar) and comfortable flats. It was perfect for the 90 degree temps and having wine and beer on the patio of a busy eclectic restaurant with friends.
What else do you want to get in before our final days of summer are behind us??

Off the shoulder is my jam! Who is with me? Showing a little shoulder is stylish and sexy. Especially if it compliments a great pair of custom fitted jeans. These jeans are from RoxyNell (follow them on Instagram here for an update on their launch). RoxyNell is based in Louisville, KY and they focuses on Bourbon, Baseball and Denim.
Custom fitted are a must if you want the right look for your body type, and RoxyNell has done it right with these trouser jeans. The color is great and they pair well with mostly any top. The things I love about trouser jeans are that they are acceptable for causal days at work, date night and even running errands.

It is starting fall wedding season. And if you are like me you are always wondering what to wear?
The weather can be a little tricky this time of year, especially if the wedding is outside. It can be chilly temps one day and shorts and t-shirt weather the next. So this past weekend I attended a wedding that was outside, and 90 degrees might I add. It was a country chic themed, complete with a barn, hay, and mason jars to drink out of. I thought wearing a little lace would be fitting for this scenery. The dress I have on is my 2015 Kentucky Derby dress that came from The Limited early this spring. I believe in shopping your closet first ladies. I had only wore it once and I thought it was a great time to wear it again. I linked similar dresses as well as accessories below. I hope you enjoy!
Happy middle of the week peeps! I hope it is treating you good. Mine has been super busy, but I am keeping my head above water. Anything exciting going on in your life this week? My excitement came from outfit preparing and picture taking. I love bold colors and that is evident in some of the pics below. Enjoy!!
I love this yellow and blue combo together paired with my stripped tote.
I found this scarfs on my travels to Rome. So I needed to get it as a souvenir right?
I love a pocket!!
Buffalo plaid is one of my favorite trends this season.
Sunny days call for shades!
Super comfy, low key outfit

Since we are now in the the first full week of 2015, we have had a couple days to reflected on 2014 and set our goals for 2015. I have always heard that if you do not write your goals down or talk about them, you are more likely not to be motivated to reach them. So here I go…..
1. Reach 1000 followers + on my Instagram blog page by 2016. So go follow me at Absolutely_Alli
2. Have at least two post a week on my blog
3. Collaborate with more bloggers and companies
4. Do more product, fashion, and food reviews
5. Eat less, exercise more
6. Read more
7. Save more
8. Complete the 2 half marathons I am doing in a decent time
9. Go to bed earlier
10. And tell people I love them more
It’s a lot of goals but I can handle it. What are your 2015 goals??
Below are a couple #OOTD and details from this week.
