Skincare with Live No B.S.


Let’s face it we are all getting older! We might not want to admit it, but it is true! So you should take care of your skin. I had the opportunity to try this Live No B.S. Retinol Night Cream and I love it. Definitely a new staple in my nighttime skincare routine. I must say I used to be a little scared when I heard the word retinol, but I did my research and learned that it actually is great for your skin. Who else is/was a little scared of it??

So let me give you the low down on retinol. It is a vitamin A compound that helps with fine lines and wrinkles, sun spots, acne spots, and discoloration. Retinol is completely safe and many women use it to make their skin have a more youthful appearance. I personally have no worries about using it now  especially since I have found this Live No B.S. Healthy Mediterranean Gourmet

Mediterranean food is one of my favorite types of food but sometimes it can be labeled as costly, unhealthy and time consuming to make. Well not anymore.

The ebook Healthy Mediterranean Gourmet: Mediterranean Recipes For Everyday: Eat Healthy Gourmet Food (which can be found here) has come up with quick, easy and affordable recipes that you can make at home.  This book gives suggestions on how to have a healthy diet and lifestyle, providing basic education on what to add in your diet as well as what to limit from your diet. It offers numerous recipes from salads to entrees and desserts, so you will be sure to find many that you like. All ingredients can be found at your local grocery or farmer’s market which make it easy and cost effective to prepare.  One of my favorite recipes from the book is the Tomato and Red Onion Salad. This is so simple to make and you probably have most of the ingredients in your refrigerator already. It literally takes 15 minutes and is great for lunch or to take to a dinner party.
