Everyday Dress

I love a simple easy dress that you can wear everyday. Who is with me? That one dress that you can throw on when you are undecided on what to wear. The dress that you know always looks good on you.

That dress for me is a shift dress. The clean lines and length have always worked for me. This dress can be paired with heels, boots and flats and can look great. In the fall and winter I like to pair this type of dress with boots like I did below. I also add simple jewelry and a tote to finish the outfit. I bought this specific dress year ago but I liked similar shift dresses and all other accessories below. What is your favorite go to dress? Hope you enjoy!

Fur Vest

A fur vest is one of my favorite winter accessory. It can take a boring outfit and add a little more style or a slightly different twist to it.

A fur vest can be paired with many pieces such as jeans, leggings or even a dress. I

love a good vest because it can be worn to social outing, work (depending on your job), or even to church. I usually wear mine in place of a coat in the fall months. Below I chose to style it with a dress and knee boots. This dress, which is linked below,  is only $20 and it is one of my favorites. I kept it casual and simple with not too many accessories, because the vest is the only big accessory you need. I bought this vest last year but I have linked similar ones. Shop the look below. Hope you enjoy!

Red Leopard

Happy Monday All! I hope you had a good weekend with all that is going on in the world. On a brighter note the weather has been amazing the past couple days.  It has not been too cold, but just warm enough to wear dresses without tights which I love. Dresses and boots is one of my favorite combinations. I will be wearing them as long as I can. It is an easy but stylish outfit to put together, especially with a great pair of riding boots. I paired a bright dress with a neutral boot and tote. See the outfit below. I also linked details below. Hope you enjoy!

I am a dress and boots kinda girl. It is one of my favorite outfit combinations for fall and winter. It’s easy and can be worn anywhere from work to church and out with friends.

A good pair of boots (or 2 or 3) is a necessity for colder temps. Especially since they can be worn with jeans or a dress. Another fall staple that needs to be in your closet is a vest. Everyone knows I love a good vest. Considering I own like 8 or more. You can add one to an outfit and make it pop with color. It can be paired with jeans or even with a dress like in the outfit I styled below. I have linked some similar items. Hope you enjoy!

Weekend Wear

If you are like me you have been waiting for fall. It has been a slow process but I think it is finally here. What that means to me is puffy vest and boots. Who is with me here?

I think that this is perfect weekend wear. But I have to confess I have like 10 puffy vest and I have been anxiously waiting to break them out.  On the weekends I love to be casual unless I have an event to attend or a date with the boyfriend (lets face it sometimes you still need to get dolled up for them.) A vest and jeans are great for running errands and hanging out with family and friends. Honestly these puffy vest remind me of bonfires and smores, which I hope to indulge in a lot this year. I paired these with a thin polk-a-dot sweatshirt and a great bag to add a little style. Check it out and shop the look below. I found that the most inexpensive place to find these vest is Old Navy.

Hope you enjoy!

It Feels Like Spring

Wednesday was the first day in a long time that us Kentuckians would consider it warm. It was in the 60s and the snow was finally melting. Yay!  So you know I had to take advantage and get in some pics. Are you ready for spring? I sure am. Check out the almost spring attire below with details. Enjoy!!
