Those Floral Heels

Afternoon loves! Are you ready for it to actually feel like spring, like I am? This flip flopping of weather is awful. So I cheered myself up with these stylish floral pumps from Steve Madden. Which can be found here. I paired them with a coral blazer from The Limited , skinny jeans and a tank.  Pictures below. I love this outfit. Enjoy!

My Birthday

Happy Thursday peeps! So yesterday was my birthday and I had an awesome day. Great weather and good company. What are you planning for your next birthday? I went to lunch at one of my favorite restaurants Doc Crow’s and then to the  Evan Williams Bourbon Experience. If you live in Louisville, Ky and like bourbon or plan to visit you definitely need to try out both. Below are pictures of my day and outfit details.

Makeup Favorites

So I love makeup, even more playing with different makeup products and colors. Doesn’t every girl? I am far from a makeup artist but I think I do good picking out colors for myself. Below I share some of my makeup favorites. Check it out. There is a variety of prices from medium to low. Enjoy!
My favorite makeup product is the Nars Multiple Purpose stick (found here in orgasm). It can be used for eyes, lips, cheeks, and body. It is a little on the expensive, but is well worth it and last a long time. I use it mostly for a blush and sometimes to highlight.
The MAC matte lipstick is called Runner which is no longer available. It was a collaboration with Mac and Nasty Gal. You can find Mac lipstick here. A color that is similar is Diva.
The NARS Audacious lipstick is called Michiyo. It is a bright pink and great for spring. You can find Michiyo here
I recently discovered the Younique Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes. You combine this with your favorite mascara and it gives you long lashes to die for. I am not a consultant so I am not trying to sell you anything. I just know a good product when I see one. You can find the 3D Fiber Lashes here.
My favorite eyeliner is Maybelline Eyestudio Gel Eyeliner in Blackest Black. It comes in a pot with a brush to apply. Very easy application. This product can be found at any drugstore or here

I keep my lips conditioned with many different products but one of my favorites is Maybelline Baby Lips. This one is Strike a Rose. It can be found at most stores where Maybelline products are sold or here.

I recently discovered Cover Girl Lip Lava. This product combines lipstick pigment, gloss shine, & balm nourishment all in one. This color is Lava-nder. It can be found at drugstores or here.

Loreal has these cute little lipstick called Extraordinaire by Colour Riche that come with a applicator kinda like a lip gloss, but it covers like a lipstick. The color is rich with great shine. The two colors here are Ruby Opera and Plum Adagio. They are also available at multiple stores or you can find it here.

Lipstick: MAC Runner
Lipstick: Loreal Ruby Opera
Lipstick: Loreal Plum Adagio
Lipstick: Colorgirl Lip Lava in Lava-nder
Younique 3D Fiber Lashes
Lipstick: NARS in  Michiyo
Eyeliner: Maybelline Eyestudio Gel Eyeliner
Eye Shadow: MAC Beauty Marked Velvet & Sable Frost

Spring/Birthday Wishlist

Spring/Birthday Wishlist

Happy Monday Peeps! Since my birthday is Wednesday March 25 and the first day of spring was a couple days ago I thought I would do a Spring/Birthday Wishlist.  Floral is the hottest new trend of spring and I love it. I will definitely be adding some floral to my closet. Since I am running (aka jogging/walking lol!) 2 half marathons in the next couple weeks I added a few sports accessories like the Garmin Forerunner and the Tory Burch bracelet to make my Fitbit a little more stylish for everyday wear. I also added a great pair of ripped jeans, which is a trend that is coming back and a couple other accessories. A girl can never have a too many accessories right? Enjoy!

Weekend of Concerts

Hello All! It was feeling a little like spring here in the Bluegrass State this past weekend and early part of the week. So I surely took advantage. How many of you are ready for spring? I am! The warmer weather came just in time for concert weekend. I went to two concerts in two days and was definitely exhausted, but it was well worth it. Saturday I saw Maroon 5 in concert. It was #Awesome. And Adam Levine didn’t look too bad if I say so myself. Lol! If you have the opportunity to see the show it is well worth it. Sunday I saw Prince in concert. Yes Prince! AKA the Symbol! Lol! Can I say he put on an amazing show. Probably one of the best. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity so I had to go. He was in one of our smaller venues and kept selling out shows, so he kept adding them. He performed four shows in two days. Not bad for a 56 year old! The reason he was in Louisville was because the drummer of his backup group 3rdeyegirl was from Louisville. A Price show is a must see show, so if he ever comes to your city you should so attend. Since the weather was so nice on Sunday I had to put on a dress and heels for the concert, right? Below are pics and outfit details from Sunday. Enjoy!
